SEAFOOD SALAD 
1 pkg. crab delight flakes (Louis Kemp)
1/2 c. mayonnaise
2 stalks celery
3 tbsp. finely chopped onion
1 tbsp. finely chopped green or red pepper

Shred crab flakes. Mix above ingredients with crab. Chill. Serve on bed of lettuce.
