BUSY DAY SALAD 
1 lb. cottage cheese, not creamed
1 lb. box orange Jello
1 can mandarin oranges, drained
1 can chunk pineapple, drained
8 oz. whipped topping

Put cottage cheese in bowl. Sprinkle Jello over cheese and let set at least 10 minutes. Fold in oranges, pineapple and whipped topping. Spread into square or oblong pan that has been lightly oiled (non-stick cooking spray may be used). Refrigerate at least 4 hours. 1/2 to 1 cup chopped pecans may be added with fruit, if desired.
