CHEESE BALL MOLD 
8 oz. sharp cheese
8 oz. cream cheese
8 oz. Monterey Jack jalapeno pepper cheese
1 c. pecans, chopped
1 c. mayonnaise
3 tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
1 tsp. onion powder
1 tsp. garlic powder

Let all cheeses soften. Line a round mold with chopped pecans. Mix all cheeses and ingredients in mixer. Pack into mold and refrigerate. Serve with peach preserves.
