2 sq. (1 oz. ea.) semi-sweet chocolate pieces, coarsely chopped (about 1/3 c.)
1/3 c. sugar
4 c. milk, divided

In a medium saucepan combine chocolate, sugar and 1/2 cup milk. Cook and stir over medium heat until mixture just comes to a boil. Stir in remaining milk, heat through. DO NOT BOIL! Add whipped cream and marshmallows.
