1 c. powdered sugar
8 qt. (25.6 oz.) instant dry milk
6 oz. coffee creamer (regular flavor)
1/4 tsp. salt
1 lb. instant Nestle Quik

Mix all together. Store in tightly sealed container. Place 1/4 cup of hot chocolate mix in a cup; add 1 cup of hot water and stir.

Makes about 50 servings.
