SAUERKRAUT SLAW 
1 (16 oz.) can sauerkraut, drained
2 med. stalks celery, cut diagonally into slices (about 1 c.)
1 sm. green pepper, cut into strips
1 med. onion, chopped (about 1/2 c.)
1/4 c. sugar
1/3 c. dairy sour cream or 1/4 c. half-and-half
1/2 tsp. celery seed

Chop sauerkraut into short pieces. Mix in remaining ingredients. Cover and refrigerate, stirring occasionally, at least 24 hours. 8 servings.
