1 lb. ground beef
1 pkg. taco mix
1 c. water
Doritos (lg. bag)
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1 can cream of chicken soup
1 can Rotel tomatoes or picante sauce
1 sm. pkg. Velveeta cheese
1 sm. container sour cream

Brown meat. Drain well. Add taco seasoning and 1 cup water. Simmer 15 minutes or until water is absorbed. In large saucepan, mix soups, Rotel tomatoes, Velveeta and sour cream. Cook over medium heat until cheese has melted. Crush Doritos in bag. In casserole dish, sprayed with Mazola or Pam, layer meat, sauce and Doritos. Repeat until all ingredients have been used. Bake at 350 degrees for 25 to 30 minutes. Serve with a salad.
