GRANDMA'S RICE CASSEROLE 
1 c. white rice
1/4 lb. butter
1 can bouillon broth
1 can sliced mushrooms with juice
1 med. onion, chopped fine

Saute onion in butter. Add rice and cook over medium heat, stirring until golden brown. Put broth, mushrooms and juice into casserole dish. Add rice. Bake at 350 degrees for at least 1 hour.
