GRANDMA'S POTATO CASSEROLE | |
2 lb. hash browns, defrosted 1/2 c. melted butter 1/4 tsp. black pepper 1 can cream of chicken soup (undiluted) 1 pt. dairy sour cream 10 oz. grated Cheddar cheese 1 tsp. salt 1/2 c. chopped onion TOPPING: 2 c. corn flakes, crushed 1/2 c. melted butter Combine potatoes with melted butter, salt and pepper. Add onions, soup, sour cream and cheese. Mix thoroughly. Put in large baking pan (9 x 13 inch). Pour on topping and bake at 350 degrees for about 45 minutes. |
