NACHO CHEESE DIP 
2 lb. Velveeta cheese (1 block)
1 lb. hot sausage
1 lg. jar Pace Picante sauce (medium)

Crumble sausage and brown; drain well. Melt Velveeta cheese in microwave, stir occasionally. Combine melted Velveeta cheese, drained sausage and jar of picante sauce; mix well and serve. Maybe kept in crock pot on low until ready to serve. Serve with tortilla chips.

Since microwave ovens vary in power, you may need to adjust your cooking time.
