1/4 stick butter
4 eggs
2 c. milk
1 tsp. vanilla
1/3 c. sugar
1/2 c. Bisquick or Jiffy mix
1 c. coconut

Measure all ingredients into blender; whirl until well mixed. Pour into a greased 9-inch pie pan. Bake at 350 degrees for 50 to 60 minutes.
