2 eggs
2 slices of bread
butter spray
pat of butter

Use the top of a drinking glass to punch out a whole in the center of both slices of bread. Save the holes.

Put a pat of butter into a pan, spray slices of bread and put in pan.

Break eggs in the center of holes made in the bread. Spray hole as well.

Brown, cook over low heat, cover and watch closely. Cook to desired doneness. Enjoy!

Children love helping and eating this on a Sunday morning!
