APRICOT - OAT BREAD 
1 c. flour
1 c. rye flour
1 tsp. baking powder
1 tsp. baking soda
1 c. dried apricots, chopped
2 tbsp. sugar
1 c. oats
1/4 c. molasses
1 1/4 c. plain yogurt

Blend dry ingredients. Beat together molasses and yogurt. Add to dry ingredients and mix thoroughly. Stir in chopped, dried apricots. Pour in greased loaf pan and let sit for 20 minutes. Bake 1 hour at 350 degrees.
