CRANBERRY ORANGE OAT BREAD 
1 3/4 c. all-purpose flour
1 tbsp. baking powder
1/4 tsp. salt
2 eggs
2/3 c. milk
2/3 c. sugar
1 tbsp. grated orange rind
1/3 c. orange juice
1/4 c. oil
1 1/2 c. oat flakes (cereal)
1 c. chopped cranberries
1/2 c. chopped nuts

Mix flour with baking powder and salt. Beat eggs, milk, sugar, orange rind, orange juice and oil. Add to flour mixture and mix just enough to moisten flour. Stir in cereal, cranberries and nuts. Pour into well greased 9 x 5 inch loaf pan. Bake at 350 degree for 60 minutes or until tester inserted in center comes out clean. Cool in pan 10 minutes. Remove from pan and finish cooling on rack.
