CRANBERRY ORANGE BREAD 
2 c. flour
3/4 c. sugar
1 1/2 tsp. baking powder
1 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. baking soda
1 beaten egg
1 tsp. grated orange peel
3/4 c. orange juice
2 tbsp. salad oil
1 c. coarsely chopped fresh cranberries
1/2 c. chopped walnuts (optional)

Sift first 5 ingredients. Combine egg, orange peel, orange juice and salad oil. Add to dry mixture, stirring just until moistened. Fold in cranberries and walnuts.

Bake in loaf pan at 350 degrees 60 minutes. Remove form pan; cool on rack.
