CINNAMON APPLE OAT BREAD 
1 3/4 c. all-purpose flour
1 tbsp. baking powder
1 tsp. cinnamon
1/4 tsp. salt
1 egg & 2 egg whites, slightly beaten
2/3 c. skim milk
2/3 c. brown sugar, firmly packed
1/4 c. oil
1 1/2 c. Post Oat Flakes
1 c. apples, finely chopped
1/4 c. walnuts, chopped

Mix flour, baking powder, cinnamon and salt. Combine egg, egg whites, milk, sugar and oil. Add to flour mixture. Stir until just moistened. Stir in sliced apples and nuts. Pour into well greased 9 x 5 inch loaf pan. Bake at 350 degrees for 55 minutes or until tester comes out clean. Cook 10 minutes; remove from pan and cool completely. Makes 18 (1/2 inch) slices.
