1 box hot roll mix (fix like for pizza but don't let it rise), roll out round
1 pkg. Italian sausage, cooked
1 box Ricotta cheese
1 pkg. pizza or Mozzarella cheese

Mix the sausage and both cheeses together. Add a little milk if cheese is real thick. Place mixture on rolled out dough. Fold over and seal. Bake until crust is done and cheese is bubbly. Serve with pizza sauce. Use as a dip or pour over roll and slice.
