CHEESE CAKE 
3/4 c. graham cracker crumbs
4 tbsp. sugar
1/2 stick butter

Mix and pat in pan and refrigerate while preparing main section.

MAIN SECTION:

4 (3 oz.) pkg. cream cheese (room temperature)
2 eggs
3/4 c. sugar
1/2 tsp. vanilla
Pinch of salt

Mix main section together and blend until smooth. Pour into crust. Bake at 350 degrees, start checking at 40 minutes (test like cake). Take out and while settling, mix topping.

TOPPING:

1 c. sour cream
1 tbsp. vanilla
4 tbsp. sugar
Pinch of salt

Mix and pour on cake, return to oven for 2 minutes. It will be set and shining. Best made the day before you serve. Top with strawberries, blueberries.
