BAKED VEGETABLE LAYERS 
2 c. sliced, raw potatoes
1 med. onion, sliced
1 c. diced celery
2 c. canned tomato
1 lb. ground beef
1 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. pepper
1/2 c. green pepper bits

Layer potatoes in greased baking dish. Add layer of onions, celery, tomato, and beef. Sprinkle with salt and pepper. Bake 2 hours at 350 degrees.
