PASTA CHICKEN PRIMAVERA | |
1/3 c. oil 1 lb. boneless chicken breasts in thin strips 1/2 c. scallions cut 2 inch pieces 2 cloves garlic minced 1 tsp. dried basil Heat oil and stir fry above for 2 minutes. Add 2 cups each zucchini and carrots. Cut into 2 inch matchsticks (julliened). 1 tsp. salt 1 pinch red pepper crushed Cover and cook 5 minutes. In large serving bowl, place 1/2 pound of cooked spaghetti and 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese. Add all ingredients, toss and serve immediately. |
