ITALIAN MEATBALLS 
2 lbs. meatball mix (ground beef, pork and veal - or try ground turkey)
12 hamburg or hotdog rolls, crumbled
1 1/2 c. Parmesan cheese
Salt and pepper to taste
Parsley to taste
2 tsp. garlic
4 eggs
3/4 c. water

Mix together well and roll into balls. Cook in your spaghetti sauce, slowly, approximately 1 to 1 1/2 hours.
