1 sm. head lettuce, broken up
1 1/2 c. chopped celery
1 bell pepper, chopped
1 (16 oz.) can LeSueur green peas, drained
1-2 med. onions, sliced thin
1 pt. mayonnaise
2 tbsp. sugar, sprinkled on top
1 1/2 c. grated sharp Cheddar cheese
3 oz. imitation bacon (Baco'O's from Betty Crocker)

Layer each ingredient in order given in an 11 x 14 inch casserole dish. chill and serve.
