TOMATO SOUP 
2 cans tomatoes
4 tbsp. butter
1 lg. onion
2 c. milk
1 tbsp. flour
2 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. pepper

Saute onion in butter; add flour, salt and pepper. When mixed, add milk (like making gravy). Heat tomatoes (don't boil) while sauteing onions. Add gravy mixture to the tomatoes and simmer about 15 minutes.
