1 can hominy
1 beaten egg
1 tbsp. butter
1/2 c. grated cheese
2 tbsp. catsup or tomato sauce
Bread crumbs, buttered
Salt & pepper

Drain hominy. Add all ingredients. Cover with bread crumbs. Bake at 350 to 400 degrees until brown.
