CREAM OF CHICKEN SOUP 
1/2 c. butter
1/2 c. chopped onion
1/2 c. chopped celery
2/3 c. flour
4 c. chicken stock
3 c. milk
3/4 c. cream
1 c. cooked chicken, cut up in sm. pieces
Salt & pepper to taste

Saute onions and celery in butter until soft. Do not brown. Add flour and blend well. Cook about 3 minutes and add chicken stock. Using wire whisk, blend well and cook for 4 more minutes. Add hot milk and cream. Blend in blender or food processor and add chicken.
