KARYN'S MEATBALLS | |
1 kg (1 lb) lean mince (hamburger) large bunch of parsley, chopped 1 cup Parmesan cheese, shredded 1/2 cup Romano cheese, shredded 1 large egg sea salt cracked pepper Combine all ingredients in a bowl. Shape into small meatballs and place in an ovenproof dish. Pour a large can of good quality tomato soup over the top. Cover and cook in a 180oC oven (about 350F) for 30 mins. Remove, cover and cook for a further 5/10 mins. Serve with a fresh green salad and crusty bread. Squisito! Submitted by: Karyn |
