HERB BROILED TOMATOES 
3/4 c. bite size shredded whole wheat cereal biscuits, finely crushed
1 1/2 tbsp. minced parsley
1/2 tsp. dried whole basil
1/8 tsp. garlic powder
1 tbsp. reduced calorie butter, melted
3 med. tomatoes, about 1 1/2 lbs.

Combine first 4 ingredients in a small bowl. Add butter, stirring well; set aside. Cut tomatoes in half crosswise. Place tomato halves, cut side up, on rack of a broiler pan. Broil 7" from heat for 3 minutes. Sprinkle tomatoes with cereal mixture and broil 1 additional minute. Place on a serving platter. 6 servings, 43 calories per half.
