HERB BROILED TOMATOES 
Large tomatoes, not too ripe
1 tsp. tarragon
1 tsp. basil
1/4 tsp. dill weed
1/8 tsp. garlic powder
1/8 tsp. onion salt
Bread crumbs

Cut off top and bottom of tomatoes so they are flat. Cut in half and put on a cookie sheet. Mix tarragon, basil, dill, garlic powder and onion salt together and sprinkle on top of tomatoes, Cover with bread crumbs and dot with butter. Broil about 5 minutes.
