SHORTCUT LASAGNA | |
1 1/2 lbs. ground beef or turkey 8 oz. tomato sauce 2 (12 oz.) V-8 juice 1 (12 oz.) cottage cheese 1/4 c. Parmesan cheese 1 lb. 12 oz. can whole tomatoes (I run these through blender) 2 env. dry spaghetti mix 1 pkg. lasagna noodles 8 oz. shredded Mozzarella Cook meat. Stir in tomato sauce, V-8 juice, tomatoes and spaghetti mix. Bring to a boil. Simmer 10 minutes. Spray 9x11 inch pan with Pam. Layer meat sauce, uncooked noodles, cheese mixture (mix Parmesan, cottage cheese and Mozzarella together). Repeat. Cover tightly. Bake 1 hour or desired tenderness at 350 degrees. Let stand 15 minutes. Serve. |
