PAN-FRIED TOMATO ROUNDS 
4 lg. tomatoes, cored and sliced 3/4 inch thick
2 tbsp. olive oil
3 tbsp. soy sauce
2 smashed cloves garlic
Flour
3 tbsp. melted butter
Fresh parsley
Salt and pepper

Season tomato slices with salt and pepper. Place on large plate.

Mix oil with soy sauce and garlic, pour over tomatoes. Let stand 15 minutes. Turn over and let stand another 15 minutes.

Lightly dredge tomato slices in flour. Heat butter in fry pan. When hot add tomato slices. Cook 3 minutes over medium heat. Turn slices over, cook 3 more minutes until lightly brown.

Sprinkle with fresh parsley.
