PAN FRIED BROCCOLI 
2 cloves garlic, sliced (opt.)
2 tbsp. olive oil
2 bunches broccoli, cleaned & sliced
1/4 c. dry white wine
1/4 c. chicken stock
Salt & pepper
3 tbsp. sliced almonds
2 tbsp. olive oil
2 tbsp. fresh lemon juice

Heat large lidded fry pan and saute garlic in the oil. Add broccoli and toss. Add liquids and toss. Cover and simmer until broccoli is barely tender, about 10 minutes. Add salt and pepper. Garnish with almonds and top with lemon juice and olive oil. (Do not use the lemon juice by itself or you will bleach the vegetable. Mix it with the oil first.)
