MEAL IN A FRY PAN 
1 1/2 lbs. ground beef
2 cans pork 'n beans (1 sm., 1 lg.)
1 can sliced peeled tomatoes
1 med. size onion, chopped
2 tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
1 tbsp. mustard
1 tbsp. sugar
1 tbsp. ketchup
Salt & pepper to taste

In large stock pot, brown the ground beef and chopped onions. Salt and pepper to taste. Add pork and beans and tomatoes. Stir until well blended. Add mustard, sugar and ketchup. Stir well and let simmer for 15 minutes.
