MEAL IN A MUFFIN PAN 
1 (15 1/2 oz.) can corn beef hash
1/2 pkg. corn muffin mix
6 eggs
Salt and pepper

Preheat 400 degrees. Grease muffin cups. Press hash into muffin cups. Making hole in middle of hash; break an egg in each cup. Fill remaining cup with muffin mix. Bake 15 to 20 minutes or golden brown.
