PAN-FRY VEGGIES OVER PASTA 
1 lb. spaghetti
1 head cauliflower
1 bunch broccoli
1/2 lb. mushrooms
2 red peppers
3 carrots
6 tbsp. oil
2 tsp. cornstarch dissolved in 1 c. water

PREPARE 2 SETS OF SAUCE:

1/2 tsp. salt
2 tsp. sugar
1/2 tsp. pepper
4 tsp. oyster flavored sauce
2 tsp. sesame oil
2 tsp. soy sauce

Cut veggies into bite size. Boil cauliflower, broccoli, carrots until tender. Set aside to drain.

Prepare spaghetti and drain. Heat up 4 tablespoons oil in wok or pan. Mix spaghetti with 1 set of the prepared sauces. Pan fry until dry and place on plate.

Heat up 2 teaspoons oil in wok. Pan fry mushrooms and pepper until tender. Add all cooked veggies. Mix in the 2nd sets of sauce.
