GLAZED CHICKEN - SMALL PARTS 
3 lbs. chicken wings or small legs and thighs
Salt and pepper
1/2 c. honey
1/2 c. soy sauce
2 cloves garlic
2 tbsp. ketchup

Mix all ingredients together and pour over chicken. Keep basting so chicken becomes glazed.

If possible, bake in flat pan at 350 degrees for 1 1/2 hours at least. Keep basting chicken so it becomes glazed. Above amount will be enough for 5 pounds of chicken.
