BARBECUE SPARE RIBS (OR CHICKEN
PARTS)
 
Place meat in baking dish. Prepare sauce ahead:

1 c. chicken broth (use bouillon)
1/2 c. soy sauce
1/2 c. ketchup
1 c. honey
4 chopped garlic cloves
Chopped parsley

Pour sauce over meat in baking dish. Let set for about 1 to 2 hours, turning occasionally, covered. Bake for 10 minutes in very hot oven, 450 degrees; then turn down to 375 degrees, bake 50 to 60 minutes depending on size of ribs or chicken. A sauce can be made of juices. Serve with hot warm rice and pineapple chunks.
