MEXICAN CHICKEN CASSEROLE 
Boil and debone 6 chicken breasts. Line 13x9x2 inch dish with Frito chips. Layer chicken on top of Fritos. Combine in food processor.

1 can Rotel tomatoes
1 can Hunts special tomato sauce
1/4 tsp. garlic powder
1/4 tsp. celery salt

Pour over chicken. Cover with 1 to 1 1/2 cups grated Cheddar cheese. Bake 30 minutes at 350 degrees.
