“BELLE'S EASY POPOVERS” IS IN:

BELLE'S EASY POPOVERS 
1 cup all-purpose flour
1 cup milk
1/2 tsp. salt
2 eggs

Preheat oven to 425°F for 15 minutes before baking.

Grease well a deep popover pan, Pyrex custard cups or muffin tins.

Note: A popover pan has space between the cups which allows heat to circulate but these can also be baked with plain muffin pans.

In a bowl, combine all ingredients using a beater, stick blender, or pulse in a food processor or blender.

Bake until popovers are golden brown (about 35-45 minutes).

As they cool, popovers deflate slightly so serve while still hot with melted butter.

Yield: About 8 or 9
