CABBAGE CASSEROLE 
1 sm. head cabbage, coarsely cut
1 lb. ground beef
1/2 lb. ground pork
2 onions, chopped
Salt and pepper
1 c. rice
2 cans tomato soup
1/2 can water

Place cut up cabbage in bottom of large baking dish or roasting pan. Cover cabbage layer with raw beef and pork. Sprinkle meat with salt and pepper. Cover with chopped onion. Cook rice; drain if necessary. Place rice over onion layer. Mix 2 cans tomato soup with 1/2 can of water. Pour over the rice. Cover; bake 1 1/2 hours at 325 degrees.
