CRANBERRY GRAPE MARMALADE 
2 c. Concord grape juice
2 c. stemmed cranberries
1/2 tsp. grated orange peel
3 c. sugar

Combine juice, cranberries, and orange peel; bring to boiling. Add sugar; boil slowly to boiling, stirring until sugar dissolves. Cook rapidly to jellying point, about 5 minutes. Stir occasionally to prevent sticking. Pour, boiling hot, into jars. Adjust caps and process 10 to 15 minutes. Makes about 4 half pints.
