CRANBERRY RELISH 
2 c. hot water
2 (3 oz.) pkg. black cherry or raspberry Jello
1 qt. ground cranberries
1 c. sugar
1 orange, ground up peel & all
1 can #303 crushed pineapple, save juice
1/2 c. ground walnuts

Dissolve Jello and sugar in hot water. Add cold pineapple juice and enough water to make 2 cups. Cool until nearly set, then add other ingredients. Pour into mold. Cool. Surround with greens and cluster of whole cranberries. Makes 2 molds.
