PICKLE RELISH 
4 qt. cucumbers, ground
2 tbsp. salt

Sprinkle salt over cucumbers; let stand 1 hour, then drain.

4 onions, ground
4 green bell peppers, finely chopped
2 tbsp. celery seed
Ground cucumbers

2 c. brown sugar
2 tsp. turmeric
1 tbsp. dry mustard
2 c. sugar
2 tbsp. mustard
1 qt. vinegar

Boil; add cucumber mixture. Boil 12 minutes. Seal.
