BERRY MALLOW YAM BAKE 
1/2 c. flour
1/2 c. brown sugar
1/2 c. oatmeal, uncooked
1 tsp. cinnamon
1/3 c. butter
2 (17 oz.) cans yams, drained
2 c. raw cranberries
1 1/2 c. mini-marshmallows

Make coarse crumbs of flour, brown sugar, oatmeal, cinnamon and butter. Toss 1 cup crumbs with yams and cranberries. Place in 1 1/2 quart casserole and top with remaining crumbs. Bake at 350 degrees for 35 minutes. Sprinkle (1 1/2 cups) mini-marshmallows on top and bake 5 minutes longer until light brown.
