PEPPERED STEAK 
1 1/2 lb. cubed round steak
2 lg. green peppers cut in 1 inch squares
3 med. onions, sliced thin
1 can beef bouillon
3/4 tsp. salt
2 tsp. lemon juice
3 tbsp. Wesson oil
1 c. sliced celery
1 tbsp. corn starch
3 tbsp. soy sauce
1 tsp. garlic salt
1 sm. can mushroom
Steak sauce

Cut steak into long slices and add to oil that has been heated. Simmer steak until brown, add pepper and onions. Lower heat and cook 15 minutes. Mix corn starch with a small amount of water and add. Stir in remaining ingredients. Cook slowly until blended. Serve with rice or noodles.
