BUTTERSCOTCH CHIP CAKE 
1/2 c. butter
3/4 c. brown sugar
3/4 c. white sugar
2 eggs, beaten
2 c. flour
1 tsp. baking powder
1 tsp. baking soda
1/2 tsp. salt
1 c. cold water
2 c. apples, cut up
1/2 c. nuts
1/2 c. butterscotch chips
1/2 c. flour, mix in cake batter

Place in greased 9 x 13 pan.

Put on top: 3/4 c. nuts 3/4 c. butterscotch chips

Bake at 350 degrees for 45 minutes.
