DOUBLE BUTTERSCOTCH CAKE 
1 sm. pkg. butterscotch instant pudding mix
2 c. milk
1 (2 layer) pkg. yellow cake mix
1 (16 oz.) pkg. butterscotch chips
1 c. chopped nuts

Prepare pudding mix with milk in mixer bowl using package directions. Add cake mix; beat until well blended. Pour into greased and floured 9 x 13 inch cake pan. Sprinkle butterscotch chips and nuts over top. Bake at 350 degrees for 35 to 40 minutes or until cake tests done.
