1 stick butter
4 tbsp. cocoa
6 tbsp. milk
1 (16 oz.) box powdered sugar
1 tsp. vanilla

In saucepan combine butter, cocoa and milk; bring to a boil. Remove from heat. Add sugar and vanilla and beat well.
