4 med. zucchini
4 eggs
1/2 c. oil
1/2 c. onion, sliced
1/2 c. Romano grated cheese
1 c. Bisquick
1 tsp. parsley flakes
1/4 tsp. oregano
1/4 tsp. garlic powder

Wash zucchini and slice into 1/4 inch round slices. Put aside. In large bowl, mix all other ingredients together well. Add zucchini. Grease a 9 x 9 inch pan with oil. Pour in mixture and bake at 400 to 450 degrees for 45 minutes. Serves 4.
