1/2 c. shortening
1/2 c. peanut butter
1/2 c. sugar
1/2 c. brown sugar
1 egg
1 tsp. vanilla
1 3/4 c. flour
1 tsp. baking soda
1/2 tsp. salt
Lg. bag chocolate kissy's

Preheat oven to 375 degrees. Grease pan. Mix shortening, peanut butter, and sugars. Blend in the egg. Add the vanilla. Mix in the flour, baking soda, and salt (small portions at a time). Once thoroughly mixed, dough should be slightly crumbly. Roll dough into balls; roll in a plate of sugar. Bake for about 8 to 10 minutes. Remove from oven; put on Kissy's. Bake for 1 1/2 minutes.
