1 can refried beans
1 c. baking mix (Bisquick)
1/4 c. water
1 lb. ground beef, browned
1 c. salsa
1 1/2 c. shredded, cheddar cheese

Mix together beans, baking mix, and water. Spread mixture in bottom and half way up sides of greased 10 inch deep pie pan. Layer next 3 ingredients. Bake at 375 degrees for 30 minutes. Serve with sour cream.
